**Packaging-Return**
We supply exclusively to commercial customers (B2B) within 
Germany. In accordance with Section 15 of the Packaging Act (VerpackG), we are required
to take back certain types of packaging and ensure they are properly recycled or
reused.

We naturally welcome it when our customers embrace the concept of environmental 
protection and wish to participate in these efforts. Reusing packaging is highly
feasible in the vast majority of cases; please join us in this initiative – both
the environment and we thank you.

The following types of packaging are covered by this policy:

 * Transport packaging (e.g., shipping cartons, any filler materials, one-way pallets)
 * Sales packaging that typically does not end up with private end consumers
 * Outer packaging and other commercial packaging solutions that we may use.

How does the take-back process work?

Please contact us if you wish to return packaging materials. We will coordinate 
the return with you or—depending on the specific case—offer a suitable disposal

or by phone during standard office hours at +49 (0) 5064-8077.

Please note that packaging must be sorted by material type and free of foreign matter.
Contaminated packaging or packaging that cannot be recycled for other reasons is
eventually excluded from the take-back program.
